Q: How long will it take until I receive my order?
A: All our products are handmade to order. As soon as you have placed your order, we can with production. We do not keep any stock of items, as part of our sustainability at Hartlik. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order, which will depend on how busy we are. Please allow for a maximum of 10 working days, but usually it will be sooner.
If you are in a rush to get your order for whatever reason, please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate you!
Q: How will you keep me updated on the progress on my order?
A: We will either send you an email or Whatsapp as soon your order has been confirmed with an estimated lead time on production as well as another notification as soon as you purchase is completed and sent to you with the courier details.
Q: How long does it take to receive my purchase via PUDO courier?
A: It takes 2-3 working days to send to Gauteng and surrounds and 3-4 working days to Cape Town and surrounds.
Q: What if I would like a custom size made for any of your products?
A: We are able to make custom sizes on some of our products, but not all. Please send us a Whatsapp with your question and we will try our best to help you.
